File
First, load the individual sequence data into the blue-bordered edit window below. The data can be entered in four ways: (1) typing directly, (2) copy and paste from a text editor spreadsheet program directly into the input data window, (2) load the data from a file on your computer, or (3) upload a file from the internet.

A file from your computer:
OR, specify a file URL:

Click on the upload button to display the raw data in the blue box below.

Optionally, you can specify the size of the edit window found below:
lines: , columns: .

Input data window:

The data must be in columns with tabs separating each column. The number of rows for each column should be the same.

The first line in the data must contain a text label for each column. The label must start with a letter, and may contains spaces but no tabs. Here is some example input data which you can model your input by, or you can copy and paste into the blue box above:

 Correlations
To view the correlations between columns in the blue box above, click on the following button:

The correlations are arranged in a square matrix. If you supplied labels for each column of raw data, they are listed in the first column in the correlation matrix. These labels also apply to the columns in the correlation matrix, such that a correlation value of 1.0 occurs when the column label and the row label match.

The diagrams currently are not labeled, since I don't know how to add labels to the plots (obviously). The first performance column from the data in the blue box is represented by a point at the 3 o'clock position in the diagrams. The successive columns of data are then arranged in a clockwise direction in a circle.

You can move the performance points around on the diagrams by clicking and dragging the black dots.

Note: The diagrams are only viewable in the Firefox internet browser.
